GoldTime (“the App”) is an iOS app designed to help users manage their app usage more consciously based on self-defined screen time limits and unlock choices. This Privacy Policy explains what information GoldTime processes, what information remains stored only on the user’s device, and what information may be processed by third parties through advertising SDKs.

1. Information We Process

GoldTime does not require account registration and does not directly request your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

To provide the App’s features, the following information may be stored on your device and in the App Group container:

• Names of screen time groups created by the user, selected app or website tokens, and daily time limits
• Screen time monitoring status, groups locked after reaching their limits, and temporary unlock expiration times
• Daily statistics, such as the number of one-minute extensions, usage time granted by watching advertisements, the number of times limits were reached, and the number of times the user chose not to continue using an app
• App settings, such as the first day of the week and notification scheduling status
• Temporary app or website tokens required to return to GoldTime from the Shield screen

App and website tokens provided by Apple’s FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks are used solely to provide GoldTime’s features. They are not transmitted to a server that would allow the GoldTime developer to view your actual app usage history.

2. Advertising and Third-Party SDKs

GoldTime uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide rewarded advertisements. Google or its advertising partners may process the following information to load and display advertisements, deliver rewards, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud or abuse, and provide more relevant advertisements:

• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers, such as the IDFA, if the user grants permission through App Tracking Transparency
• Approximate location inferred from the IP address
• Device information, app information, and advertising request information
• Advertising interaction information, such as impressions, clicks, and whether a reward was granted
• Error, diagnostic, and performance information

GoldTime displays the iOS App Tracking Transparency permission request. If you do not allow tracking, you may continue using the App’s core features. Advertisements may still be displayed, but their level of personalization may be limited.
